Natalie is an international actress, writer, and producer, whose work has taken her around the globe. She grew up in Singapore, later moving to Australia. Now, she lives in NYC with two cats and a fearsome bearded dragon.
After making her stage debut playing a porcupine in her kindergarten play, she has since progressed to playing actual humans in films and TV shows, carving a niche playing quirky bohemians, witty tricksters, and various sarcastic nerds and rebels. Her films have been screened at the Singapore International Film Festival, Nottingham International Festival, New York Festival’s World’s Best TV & Film, Coney Island Film Festival, Love & Pride Festival, and Melbourne International Film Festival, in addition to winning various awards.
Natalie was a core actor at the Singapore Repertory Theatre – one of Asia’s leading theater companies, and her body of work includes national commercials and voice-overs. A graduate of the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York and Lasalle College of the Arts in Singapore, she also studied English and Creative Writing at Harvard University.
Natalie is the Series Creator, Writer, and Producer of The Loft, a new comedic TV series. She plays the intelligent but spacey hippie, Rosalie Song. Her other producing and writing credits include Three Blind Mice, in which she starred as the criminally insane Dahlia.
